Default help d15b swap

i am the proud owner of an ef hatch i recently purchased a d15b about a month ago and cant get to give me more than just a "burp" it will crank fire and then die just that fast time after time i purchased the obd0 to obd1 swap from rywire.com all the sensors are hooked up the tps outside wires are swaped. distributor connector has been soldered on crank sensor was relocated on the harness connector .cylinder possition sensor was added where the crank sensor was. injector wires were ran for the two injectors that werent there and i was wondering could the main relay be suspect because in the beginning i wasent getting any voltage to the injectors so i went around it connecting them to a switch to make it feel more racey and when i was trying to start it today at first the fuel pump wasent turning on but started to work shortley after
