HELP-engine/electrical suddenly turns off!?!

I have already checked all the battery cables and cleaned them.
I tested the P5 connector for about 30 minutes non stop today and always got a good connection.
How can I check the immobilizer system?
-----(just for info I do not remember seeing the green key icon light up when it stalled...)
