OK, so I've had my `99 Honda Civic Ex for over a year now and my friends have always told me to do stuff to it like put an exhaust on it, but I think a stock civic with just an exhaust and intake isn't cool to me. So I think I'm ready to drop money into it. Right now I have Tints and a nice audio system but, now it's time to step it up. I want to do a little to the exterior but a lot under the hood, I'm just not sure what yet. This is what I'm thinking so far.

Exterior:
-Lower it- Skunk2 Pro S Full Coilovers
-Rims- IDKK
-HID Kit
-Type R Style Front Lip
-T/r style Front grille
-Black out Tail Lights

If someone can find me a nice thick 5 spoked rim id appreciate it.

Engine-
-Exhaust
-Cold Air Intake
-Engine Swap
Now for the part I really need help with. I'm looking to swap my D16y8 with a B series engine. But what engine! I'm eventually going to turbo it which makes the decision harder. I've heard a lot of people say don't swapt to a b16 if your going to turbo. But I'm definatly going to turbo it so which one would be best to swap it to and what work will i need to do to it to turbo it. I won't be actually swapping it for a few months but I want to be positive about the one I want soon so I can start getting everything together. I won't be turboing it for another 3 months after I actually swap it. Please help me with the engine situation and also give any advice about what else I should do to the exterior. P.S. I'm new to this so any advice is good advice.
