Default Hose disconnected

Hello all,
I am new to this forums, anyways here is my question

I have a Civic 1999 LX, with D16Y7 engine. There is a single hose that seems to be just handing around coming from some sort of a valve that i dont know anything about.
I will port a picture here

the red pipe is what i am talking about
and the blue box what in the world is that?

I think that is your canister purge solenoid.
Honda Automotive Parts
Your picture shows a metal pipe just above the fuel rail that is also not connected to anything, the hose may go on there.
