Default how to adjust rear TOE?

well in short midas sucks @ss......
and well it says that my passenger side has a toe in of 0.27
i asume its to far inwards in the front but im not positive...


the guy said that the bolt wouldnt move any further........

and well im not sure if he ment the bolt is seized up or it just wont turn anymore.....
any way i can see if something is bent under thier that would keep it from proper alignement?

i cannt see anything thats bent by eye.....
i just want this alignment done right before i get my new wheels/tires!
i just dont want to take it back to that midas!!!!!!!
can i take my car to any midas and just take my receite and have the car worked on again for free? cause i definatly dont like those ******!!!!!! not helpfull at all!
