how do you remove camshaft?

Default how do you remove camshaft?

i have a d16z6 i removed the ten bolts at the top f the head what else do i do to access the camshaft?

If you have removed the valve cover, you will also need to remove the timing belt and the camshaft gear. Next you will need to remove the rocker arm assembly. Next, lift the camshaft assembly from the cylinder head.

im stuck i cant get the rocker arm assembily off or its really tight and i cant pull it out
