Default how to find a vacuum leak?

My 98 civic is idling bad, and wants to stall after warming up, and sometimes the idle roams....anyone know how to check for a vacuum leak on a D16Y7? I have physically inspected the majority of the hoses I can see, and dont see any cracks, and dont hear any hissing/sucking noises...any ideas? I saw a vacuum pressure guage at autozone...not sure how to use it.

the advice I was given to find a vac leak on a VW was to unplug hoses one by one while the car is running and plug the suction side. If your problem goes away then the leak is on the other side.

not sure if it was GOOD advice mind you..

Don't start multiple threads about the same problem.
