I Need Serious HELP!!

I have an 04 Civic sedan, the car was running perfect til i got home and i was in reverse and pulling into my garage and accidental i had stalled and now my car doesnt turn on, This little blue shifter light turns on and stays now?!? and it buzzes as it buzzes the Check Engine light turns on. when i step on the clutch to turn on the car but when i let go of the clutch the check engine turns off and it stops buzzin but THE LITTLE BLUE SHIFTER LIGHT STAYS ON AND CAR DOESNT TURN ON?!? ANY HELP?!?!

Do the headlights work? Leave them on while attempting to start. If they go out, there is probably a bad connection at the battery.
