well unplug the tps and see what it does then post results

the tps sensor is the only sensor on the throttle body.

k i unplugged the tps it still surged just not as high

Take the intake pipe off and check for air flow through the two holes in the side of the throttle body before the throttle plate (IACV still unplugged).

Air through the bottom hole -- bad FITV
Air through the back hole -- bad IACV (it should close when unplugged).

The top hole feeds the idle air screw on the throttle body. Turn that screw in to slow down the engine. With the IACV unplugged, the idle should be very low, like 400 rpm. The ECU can only increase the air flow by energizing the IACV; it has no way to decrease it below what happens with the valve unplugged.

You should be able to stall the engine by blocking all of those holes with your fingers. If not, there is an air leak somewhere else.

ok so after working on it for a few hours i got the idle to come down but still seems to run preddy terrable i replaced the coolant temp sen and map sen and that seemed to help alot im thinking i might need to change the tps it will idle down but it still wants to surge now from like 600-1000 but i can tell its not running strong at all still no cel on im gonna run a compression test on it tom
