how do you read the idle markers? and diagrams available? im wanting to ask you guys about my idling seems to be very low

How low is "very low"? Do you have a tachometer?

on my rpm gauge in my 98 civic ex it drops down low as the second little line above 0 then it will go back up...then it will drop feels/looks like my car is going to die almost it gets soo low
