I am pretty sure that Underglow is illegal no matter what color, if you are driving with it on. As far as inside and on outside of the car, usually it is blue and red that are illegal... your local area may have different rules though, so always check with your local law enforcement to eb sure.

But yeah, check your local laws. And DONT JUST ASK A COP. Do research, and make sure that you get the truth. Most cops dont know all the laws, and will just tell you that it is illegal even if they dont know for sure.

ya every state is different... ask a few local cops!
i know at least in indiana they are all legal as long as bulbs are hidden..
