inner tie rod end?

i have a 94 ej1, and i need to change my inner tie ends myself, i looked at the end on my old steering rack and i cant quiet understand it. any suggestions? btw i'll be doing it with the motor an trans out of the car.

They should just unscrew after you take the boots off. Most people replace the whole rack as a unit, it comes with new inner tie rod ends.
