Default Installing 3rd party stereo into 06' civic theoretical question

Ok, I'm thinking about getting a 2006 honda civic and I heard they are more difficult to put a 3rd party stereo into because there is no dimm slots or something, is this true?.

its not harder just more expensive cuz the dash kit replaces the entire dash panel. its about 70 bucks and make sure you get it in the right color cuz they make it in three different colors

dimm is one of the types of RAM. "RAM slot" would be correct, just "DIMM slot" would be the same thing but more specific.
