Intake manifold swap

Default Intake manifold swap

I have a 96 ex and i have a obx intake manifold that came with the car and i wanted to put it on but on the stock manifold there is a sensor or something in back by itself and i was wondering if i need it or i can eliminate it

If it's the Idle Air Control Valve you cant take that off. Is this the sensor you are talking about.

Is this the part you are talking about*****picture below

If this is the part you are talking about you can't remove it because this controls your RPM's. I suggest you look and post a picture at what you are looking at...
