Default interior help?

first let me say im sorry if this is not the correct place to post. i have a 92 eg and im putting a roll bar in so far ive removed the seats and the carpet but when i removed the carpet there are the wires for the door alarms and the fuel tank running on the floor board. i could just get rid of the door alarms but the fuel pump wires are a little different so has anyone ever removed the carpet from their ride and what did u do with the wires? if no one has, has anyone seen a pic of one mabe i could make my own assumptions of what they did i have looked for photos but also came up empty handed mabe just bad luck or dont know what the hell im doin lol thanks guys
