Default low brake fluid

I noticed that the brake fluid level is a little lower than the line inside the brake fluid resevoir. I bought some brake fluid at a honda dealership and my question is; do I justpour it in the resevoirtill it's at the line, or do I need to bleed the brakes or is there some kind of process to it?

just pour it to the line, the cap is pressurized, and you only need to bleed the brakes is when you replace brake lines, calipers, etc.

Ok I just wanted to be sure....

should I check to see if there is a leak anywhere. I don't think there is but how could the brake fluid level go down if there isn't?

burns up is my guess, not 100% sure, it just needs to be checked every now and then.
