So I double checked and eveything is hooked up correctly, im thinking the intake manifold is leaking because the throttle body is barely even opening and its still reving all the way up. Heres pics of the broken sensor, I think i may be able to salvage it, just needs to be connected back to other half but ill post pics. Its coming from a orange wire with blue stripe.

The IACV is not likely going to cause the engine to rev so high. Your IM and/ TB must be very loose. Torque them down.

I would agree with Ron. double check your gaskets, tighten everything down (in proper sequence, if not you can warp/damage something and just add trouble)

does your throttle plate close all the way? If it does, what happens if its closed all the way and you start it?

Took everything off, re cleaned the head and put everything back together and it worked fine. Except that now im getting a knock sensor code. Hoping ill be able to install a new one without removing the IM again.
