2003 civic showing P0171 lean burn.
also the car sputters when the gas gage is below a 1/4 tank.
also , hard to start when engine is warmed up.
Is that weird or what ?
Very mechanicly inclined , but not enough.
Hope someone can help

 

Could be a clogged fuel filter. I think the filter is inside the tank on those, or back on top of the tank. It is not under the hood.
