Hello, i drive a 95 civic ex coupe manual, and i am having a problem with the check engine light and being able to read my codes, the light will remain off until i begin to turn the key towards the on position and then onto the ignition sequence the light will just remain on and will not blink, i will begin to check the lights by using a paper clip and the light will not blink, i have tried many different ways and can not get the light to blink, the only light that will blink is my srs light, and will blink rapidly past 150 to an unknown number, could use some insight thank you.
