I thought it would be, but all the grounds appeared good. The drivers side works fine and is grounded the same way the passenger side was. But im guessing, the screws threads must have been a little dirty and thats what was grounding it. So now its sanded to bare metal and all is fine. Drivers side is still painted but works fine. Electric can be weird.
