I bought my 97 Honda Civic used and for some reason the previous owner uninstalled the remote keyless entry system.
I still have the little orange & yellow fuses I need to re-install but don't know the exact steps and/or location to perform this minor job.
Please reply with assistance if you are familiar with this issue.

I also have a 97 Civic that I bought used. The keyless entry is reciever is built in to the stock stereo. If the stock stereo has been replaced the keyless entry won't work.
Don't know if that is your situation but that is what is wrong with mine.
