Please, Please, Help!! - Civic Won't start
Check for 12 volts at the following points:
Pin 7 of main relay, yellow/white wire. Constant from fuse 31 in underhood box.
Pin 5 of main relay, black/yellow wire. When key on, from fuse 24 underdash.
Distributor black/yellow wire. When key on, from fuse 15 underdash.
ECU pin A25 and B1, yellow/black. When key on, from main relay pin 6.
ECU pins A1, A2, A3, and A5. From fuel injectors. Should power up when key is on.
Pin 2 main relay, blue/white. When starter engaged, from fuse 18 underdash.
Pin 4 main relay yellow/green. Feeds the fuel pump. Should come on when starter engaged or upon ECU command for 2 seconds after key on.
If all these pass and the grounds are good, your ECU is likely bad.
