Default Question about random unplugged wires

This one is under the Vtec Solenoid 2 plugs with 1 red and 1 white wire. Green with yellow and Blue with Yellow.

This is on top of the intake manifold towards the passenger side 1 plug Green wire and blue wire

I think this might be either P/S or A/C which has been removed Black, Brown, Brown/black, Brown/white

I don't think this wheel is the OEM one that came with the car since it doesn't have the Cruise buttons and don't think it has airbag either. Anybody know where this possibly came from?

It may help to list the wire colors for each connector.

That wheel isn't OEM for that Civic. But it is kinda nifty.

Regarding the free plugs, what engine wire harness is being used? Does it have an OBDII-OBDI wire harness? I assume you have a chipped P28 ECU?

I am not sure as to the harness thats being used, i assume OBD2 because at the ECU it has OBD2-OBD1 wire harness. The ecu has been chipped i assume, but there are no lettering on it showing the type of ecu. But Ron i edited the first post with the wire colors
