Symptom: Air conditioner blows hot air and pillar pod tach stops working.

The clues: Cut air conditioner wire harness and tachometer wire (clean cuts)

Mmmmm, this can't be the result of a rat, since the wires looked like someone took a razor blade to them.

Another clue: While walking my dog, a brown streak sprinted under the car. When I looked underneath, nothing was there. Hey, I'll just sound the 105 db alarm to blast that rat outta there, right?

Nah, nothing came out, so I figured it was time to pick up some rat poison and a trap. After driving the car to Home Depot and buying the stuff, I decided to pop the hood....you know, just to see if that dirty rat was stupid enough to still be under the hood after the engine bay reached hellish temps.
Ah, there it is, right near the tach wire, but wait, that's no rat, it's a freakin rabbit. He leaped down and ran about 10 yards, but before he could make his way back into his "home", I hopped into the car, fired it up and blasted outta that Home Depot parking lot.

Good bye, sucka!

Let's hope that's the end of the mysterious tach and air conditioning failures.......

I have to admit that I jumped when it moved. I thought for sure that it'd be cooked after sitting that close to the engine.
