I know Civic has two different remote and one works via radio and the other one works via whatever. How can I tell by looking on my radio since it is out now. I would like to replace my damage remote and the remote lost its sticker that had the model and some other information on it.

 

As you say, the keyless entry system is built into the stereo receiver. The picture shows the location of the keyless entry system connector on the rear of the radio.

 

Thats the small green plug so yes, my does have that andI will be able to order the right remote.
