Default Removing Climate Control Panel

I was wondering how to remove the panel above the center console with the radio, and climate controls. Some people said something about a screw under the hazard light switch but I didn't see one. I have a '99 sedan.

You gotta remove the sectoin with the lighter in it, which requires you to remove the belly pan under the steering wheel as well as the same section on the passenger side. Once that middle bottom portion is out, you can look up and you'll see four screws holding it in place
