well before ya replace the fuel pump itself i would check the pressure first. or just buy one off ebay....
i got a fuel pressure gauge for my civic but i havent instaled mine yet.

thats what i bought. i was going to check for fuel pressure with it when i had problems with not geting the new motor runing, but before it came in the mail i found the problem and just havent felt like instaling it just yet.
