Default Somethings Bent - what gives?

I got into a fender bender. I was pulling out of a parking lot, turn left across the road and another car hit my driver's side front tire pretty much straight on. Not a big accident, but my steering wheel has to be held 90 degrees to the right and the front tires are not parallel. I brought it in for an alignment check, the shop says it is 75% out of wack, they cannot fix it. I tried looking at it with both front tires off, but I cannot see any noticable damage or bending.

What would be the weakest point to bend if a car hits the drivers side tire? My assumption is the tie rod end...

Subframe, upper and lower control arms, steering rack, tie rods. Could be many things.
