Talk to whoever tunes the car, they will have the best recommendation.

The turbo of course boosts the pressure of air entering the engine. So the altitude isn't as big a factor as with a non-turbo setup.

I would suggest if your car has been running OK, just replace the plugs with new ones of the same kind you have now. Platinum or iridium lasts longer, but they really don't work any better than fresh conventional ones.

PLat. Irid. do not agree with Hondas, especially when boosted. Avoid them at all costs.

mk is right, your best bet is to pull out the plugs that are in there, and just get four new ones identical to them.

Again, Gap is something you need to discuss with the tuner, as every setup is a bit different. Recommended (stock) Honda gap is .044, however my plugs were always way down around the .032-.034 area.
