spark plugs and wires

do d16z6 and d16y8 engines use the same spark plugs and wires. I am thinking about getting some, but they are for y8 and i have z6

For a 6th gen D16Y8
98079-5514G SPARK PLUG (ZFR5F-11) (NGK) $2.52ea
32722-P2F-A03 WIRE, IGNITION (PRESTOLITE WIRE) $62.98

SanLeandroHonda is located in the Oakland/SanFrancisco bay area and they sell ALL Honda OEM parts for 20% off list.

Don't buy the spark plugs from the dealer... they sell those ssame NGK's at the auto parts store for like 8 bucks for a box of 4. Get the wires from the dealer though.

Oh, and i'm not sure about wires, but the d16z6 and d16y8 both use identical plugs.
