Default speedometer and VSS problem

Hi. I am new to the forrum and have been searching for a solution for this problem but i cant find one. I have a 93 ex with a b20b swap, gsr tranny, and p75 ecu. The car had a d16z6 in it until i hjad the swap put in. I had a few minor issues that i solved on my own but ny speedo and odometer wont work after the swap. The harness we used only has two wires for the vss connector not three and i have an additional connestor next to it. am i using the right harness? we used the harness from the d16z6 and it was manual also but my speedo worked fine before the swap. I have no shorts, changed computers, cluster(5 times), changed vss(5 times), no blown fuses, no codes, and evrything i find on here says i should have three wires in the connector but i only have two!PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Have you traced the wires back to the ECU? Where do those two wires take you? I have only ever seen 3 wire VSS plugs. After doing all of that swapping, the problem is obviously the wiring.
