Spring Tuneup

Default Spring Tuneup

Well it's my first spring with the Civic and I want a nice tune up. Now Im going to change the oil, Spark plugs and see if the Belts need replaced. Also wondering if there is anything Im missing?

plug wires, dist cap, rotor, and pcv valve.

Don't forget to check your tire pressure and rotate them if it's been a while. Check for cracks, bulges and abnormal/excessive wear on the tread and sidewalls.

Inspect your brakes - check for glazing on the rotors and amount of pad left. Pull the drums off and check the shoes - set these back up.

You could change your transmission fluid if it hasn't been done in a while.

Check the coolant level (may need a flush), power steering, washer fluid, brake and clutch fluid.

You could clean your IAC valve just because they always seem to be clogged up whenever you check them.

Oh and don't forget to check the blinker fluid and replace your muffler bearings

dont give him false information... there is no such thing as muffler bearings.. you need to check your blinker fluid and Vtec fluid...
