The A/C belt will generally only squeak with the A/C on. A loose power steering belt will squeak worse when you turn the wheel with the car not moving, especially if you turn all the way to the stop. Sounds like it's your alternator belt, as the load on the alternator is highest right after starting the car because it has to recharge the battery.
