I think Honda says to service/replace the airbags every 10 years, so you should consider getting them looked at anyway.
As for the door locks, it could be the actuator, wiring, or the control box (inside the driver's side door). My 92 Civic driver's side door lock wouldn't lock either. It took forever to find the problem, but it was a corroded wire at the door hinge. Electrical problems SUCK! If you take the car to a mechanic, it will cost more to find the problem than to fix it.

for some odd reason the door problem fixed itself, who knows whats up with that, im just glad thats working now. 
airbag light is still on, ill probably go get that checked pretty soon.
