Default SRS Light, Horn, & Cruise Control....gone

Hey all I drive a 2000 EX, and last year while living in the city my car was stolen & basically stripped. Got it back & had to replace some stuff including the steering column. Had it repaired & all was well until one day my SRS Light, cruise control and horn stopped working all at once. Took it back to the guy who did it & he couldn't figure out what was wrong. I'm thinking it might be a blown fuse. Has any one else had this problem or know what could've caused that to happen?

For the horn and cruise control problem, check whether fuse 52 under the hood is blown.

The "clock spring" may be broken. This makes the electrical connection between the parts on the steering wheel (air bag, horn button, and cruise control buttons) and the rest of the car. Improper installation, or turning the wheel while the steering column is disconnected from the steering rack, will cause it to break.

Behind the steering wheel. Also called the cable reel:

I had one break once. It's easy to fix. Disconnect the airbag, remove it, and there's the clock spring. Unplug old one, put in new one, spin it a few times in a certain manner, put the airbag back on, presto. Horn, cruise control, and no srs light.

You can snag one from the dealership or snag one from the junk yard. Your call. (PS, one is cheaper...)
