Default Start & Wont Start, need help please

Hey Everyone, my first post and its not a good one, bought a 1997 Honda Civic EX yesterday and this morning it started making this noise when I started it. I attached a video link to it. I called the guy who I bought it from and asked him if he had this proble he told me he had a spare starter. So I changed it out and it is still doing the same thing. I took them BOTH to Auto Zone and they tested them and they were both good. Any help would be greatly appricated!!!!
in the video the first 2 times it cranks and the next 3 times makes the noise im talking bout then the last time it cranks again

Are the starter wires reversed, with black wire on the solenoid and black/white wire on the starter motor?
