I have a 92 Civic DX that has problems starting under certain conditions. If I try restarting it within a couple of minutes after shutting it off, it will often not start. I then often have to let it sit for a few minutes before it will start. Also, on hot sunny days it will sometimes not start. The starter will turn fine, but the car won't start.

Anyone know what the problem is?
