Default strange brake vibration

hi, I just changed my front rotor/pads/caliper/bearing/hub on one side and rotor/pads/bearing on the other. This is on a 93 accord with captive rotors, but I thought i might have better luck getting help on HCF

now when I first start to press down on the brake at speeds above 40, there is a massive vibration and i can see the steering wheel shake, but when i continue to press down on the pedal harder to come to a stop it stops perfect with no vibration.

On the caliper that I didnt replace, I made sure the piston was moving and greased the slide bolts. I did not have this problem before replacing all these parts

any idea what might be causing the problem? thanks.
