have never troubleshooted one of those.
first thing is to find the fuse and check it.

I had the switch go bad on my 90 a long time ago. I took out the switch, opened it up (don't know if you can pry yours apart or not) and the contacts inside were really dirty-a little sandpaper to them-good as new. no problems since. For what it's worth....(actually, I think i used a knife to clean the contacts inside the switch)

The switch will prolly have 2 wires. One goes into the switch and the other comes out of the switch. If you put a paper clip and short these two wires together you will ' close ' the switch. This will send power to the motor for the sunroof and your sunroof should move. I can't look up the diagram today, but i will in a day or two when i have some time to get on my laptop.
