Default Sway bar help

hi i have a 99-00 civic lxi and my bro has a exi an his has a front sway bar an handles a lil better.. point been i check under my car there is no hinge for the linkages to bolt up on its blank can some one give me a guide as to what i can do to get a sway bar on there thanks.

You need the A-arms (front lower control arms) from a Civic that comes with a stock swaybar
