Tachometer does not work when when i have the car started...AND i put my seatbelt on and disengage the handbrake....

It does work when my seatbelt is not clicked and when my ebrake is engaged.

I have checked my DRL module (since it is a CAD model) and it seems like none of the solders are cracked.

It also had a 7.5amp fuse on the running lights that had been burnt.. it needed a 10A fuse which i replaced....It is still not working....

It also does not seem like its the blue wire since it works in the parked position...while my seatbelt is not on...but w/ i click my seatbelt the RPM goes to zero.

Any comments welcome....

 

The car is a 93 civic HB Si...with d15b swap. tyvm
