Tail lights no worky!

Tail lights no worky!
I picked up a 91 civic Si yesterday,one problem,it keeps popping the tail light fuse.Is there a common problem with these?It would be great to know befor I start tearing the interior aprt to trace a short.
Any input would be appreciated.
