Default "test tachometer"

My 1997 Ex died on me on the way home the other day. I determined that it's not getting fire and looked up and found the tests for the coil and ICM. I tested the coil and it shows good. I have done all tests for the ICM, except for the last one that has me checking continuity between the 32 pin ECM connector and "test tach". Can anyone tell me where this connection is? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Ian

I don't know if you've done this already but make sure the cam and distributor rotate when you crank. The timing belt could be stripped, there will be no spark then.

Ohmmeter tests of a coil are not reliable. A lot of bad coils will test good. I suggest a live-fire test by taking the cap off and trying to jump sparks from the coil output to a grounded test wire. Weak yellow sparks conclusively mean that the coil is blown. No sparks at all could be something else.

The t-belt was the first thing I checked. Can you explain the ground test of the coil a little more? What exactly do you ground? As I said, I have done all the tests except the one involving the test tach connection, and if that test shows continuity it tells me the ICM is bad. Thanks, Ian
