Timing was on TDC since I bought it, should I be worried???

I went to check the dizzy on a neighbor's 97 DX and it's pretty much where mine is set, just about all the way advanced.
My car runs good and no CEL ......to be honest, I dont want to f*ck with the valve cover. I think Ill just wait a bit and have the belt done in a week or two. When Honda did the belt at 78K, they didnt do any of the seals or the TB tensioner.....all the more reason to do it sooner rather than later.
