Okay, I know it's not going to answer your question, per se, but I'd recommend doing a good bit of research and reading before trying something as in-depth as a turbo kit. Also, k20 swaps aren't exactly a beginner's task, so I'd do some research on that.

For the k20 swap, check hasport's shopping list... it tells you pretty much everything you need to do the swap (technically the list is for an '01/'02 civic but it should be the same for an '05).

which k20 do you have? the type s motor? the 07 si? or the reg 02-04 si or rsx base model? if its the reg rsx or si base model dont even bother turboing those they are weak for turbo if you have the type s k20 then you should be fine. but turboing gets expensive with the high octane fuel that you have to pump and it drinks it up fast. garrett makes good turbos. you can also buy a complete kit from greddy minus the intercooler thats seperate but you can go ebay with that, dont buy a ebay turbo kit even if its cheap, the turbos from ebay are crap unless its a true garrett, but anyways for kseries i actually recommend going supercharger from jackson racing you will get reliability and power, but you can make more power with turbo...just research it more read magazines, and other forums to get a clearer idea on whats involved.
