Default Turn signal problem!

I've had a hard time finding what to start with first as far as resolving the issue goes thus far.. out of no where my left turn signal indicator arrow on the dashboard started blinking slower then normal, faster then normal and finally stops working. A few days later the same started happening to the right turn signal. (Example: ill put the left signal on, the indicator starts blinking very slow for a few seconds [2-3] then the "blinker noise" as well as flashing green indicator arrow stops blinking). I have a 2004 Civic Ex Coupe! It's never done this before now!

Press the "hazard" button and walk around the car to check that all the bulbs work.

Probably it's the blinker relay, a part under the dash that controls the blinking of the bulbs and makes the noise you (sometimes) hear.

What if the bulbs are not working?

All 4 corners should blink the same way with the hazard button pressed. If you find one of the bulbs never comes on, it's probably burnt out, replace it.
