My left turn signal won't work when its cold out. It seems dead or not making any contact until my car is warmed up. Anyone ran into this problem before??

 

Do all the bulbs work? Does pressing the "hazard" (4-way blinker) button work for all 4 bulbs when cold? It is probably the lever switch but the circuit also routes through the hazard button; so try jiggling that button while the lever is on left turn and it is not working.
