Default Turn Signals

Okay, so I'm traveling on the highway this morning and I notice that my turn signals are not working. On the dash panel and as I look out the mirrors.

Had my son check for a blown fuse when I got back home, but he said it's alright.

Can anyone point me in the right direction as to where the problem may be? My son seems to think it could be a relay??

Thanks for all replies and help.

Dan
