weird riding after front end on jackstands over night
so I have a 1996 honda civic with 150,000 miles on it. I had to do some simple work on it so i jacked up the front end and then placed jack stands on the front (placing the majority of the cars weight on the back tires). The job ended up taking more time than i anticipated so i left it in the garage jacked up over night. the next day i finished the work and jacked the car up, removed the jack stands, and let it down. i noticed after when i drove it that it kind of handled sluggishly and just felt weird.
I guess my question is that could temporary complications arise from having the front end of your car on jack stands for a whole night?
I hear that the springs on the back will take time to return to normal. has anyone else done this and experienced oddities?
