Default Wheel bearing problem?

I have a 2000 Honda Civic EX with about 112,000 miles on it. Recently, it has started to make a knocking noise when making a left turn. The noise is coming form the area of the rear passenger tire. Could the wheel bearing need replaced or could it be something else? Just wanted some ideas before I take it to the dealer tomorrow.
Thanks!
